Ctrl+Shift+P opens the command palette (every action with its shortcut, filterable by typing). Ctrl+R opens the quick file picker and Ctrl+Shift+K opens the task picker. Start with ? to search Help: the titles that match what you type appear, and the last item takes the term to the text search of the Help window.
